Martial Arts for Multiple Sclerosis, known as MA4MS, is an educational, inclusive program that helps people living with Multiple Sclerosis explore adaptive martial arts. MA4MS meets each person where they are—whether that means standing movement, seated practice, visualization/mental rehearsal, breathing, balance awareness, or staying connected to discipline and focus. The approach is intentionally non-competitive, with practical options for seated, assisted, limited-range, or low-energy participation.
